About Diego Murgia-Díaz

Diego Murgia-Díaz is a member in PMA’s litigation department. He regularly represents clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings, and has handled a wide range of matters, including privacy and data protection, business torts, breach of contracts, labour and employment disputes, foreclosures, collections, evictions, construction disputes, health and insurance law, permits disputes, property law, environmental law, telecommunications, copyright, trade mark infringement and prosecution, consumer disputes, and securities litigation. He also regularly advises clients on the regulatory aspects of, and adjudicative proceedings before, the Department of Consumer Affairs of Puerto Rico. He received a BA from the University of Puerto Rico, a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, an LLB from the University of Barcelona School of Law and an LLM from Harvard Law School.
