About Diego Murgia-Díaz

Diego Murgia-Díaz is a member in PMA’s litigation department. He regularly represents clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings, and has handled a wide range of matters, including securities, copyright, trade mark infringement, banking, breach of contract, constitutional law, construction, distribution, employment, environmental law, health, insurance, and telecommunication. He also regularly advises clients on the regulatory aspects of, and adjudicative proceedings before, the Department of Consumer Affairs of Puerto Rico. Mr Murgia received a BA from the University of Puerto Rico, a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law and an LLM from Harvard Law School.
