About Manuel Rodriguez Boissen

Manuel Rodriguez Boissen is a member in PMA’s corporate department. Mr Rodriguez’s practice focuses on public-private partnerships, corporate and public finance and regulatory compliance for clients engaged in the financial services and insurance industry. Mr Rodriguez has participated in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of a wide array of complex transactions, including public offerings and private placements of government and corporate debt securities, asset sales and purchases, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, commercial loans and privatisations. Mr Rodriguez received a BA from Harvard University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
