About Néstor M. Méndez-Gómez

Néstor M. Méndez-Gómez is a founding member of Pietrantoni Mendez & Alvarez LLC with over four decades of experience in complex commercial litigation, including class actions and international arbitration, antitrust, intellectual property, financial institutions, government regulation, securities and telecommunication. A graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Mr Méndez has a JD, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Puerto Rico and an LLM from Harvard Law School. He has taught antitrust, civil procedure and internet law at Puerto Rico law schools and been a speaker at multiple conferences on various legal topics. He is President of the Foundation of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court, and Trustee of the Supreme Court Historical Society.
