About Rosangela Sanfilippo

Rosangela Sanfilippo is a counsel in PMA’s litigation department, and concentrates on labour and employment issues. She has successfully litigated claims ranging from single-plaintiff discrimination, wrongful termination and sexual harassment cases to collective wage and hour actions, at both the federal and state levels. She has also defended clients in various administrative forums, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Financial Industry Regulation Authority, the National Labor Relations Board and the Puerto Rico Department of Labor. Rosangela received a BA from University of Puerto Rico and a JD from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law.
