About Bashayer Al-Tuwais

Bashayer Al-Tuwais is a lawyer at the International Counsel Bureau – Lawyers and Legal Consultants. She practices general corporate and tax and is active on contentious matters involving the foregoing. Al-Tuwais has successfully argued before Kuwait’s highest courts on complex matters relating to the interpretation of double taxation treaties. She is admitted to practice in the State of Kuwait and holds a Bachelor and Master of Laws from Kuwait University, both with honours.
