About Jay Shim

Jay Shim is the former leader of the international tax team and served as the co-head of the tax practice group at Lee & Ko. He specialises in international tax planning, structuring and dispute resolution. He serves as the chair of the Taxation Committee of the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and co-chair of the Taxation Committee of AmCham Korea. He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association, the American Bar Association and the International Bar Association. He regularly contributes to tax journals and legal publications on Korean and international tax developments and trends.
