About Aurélie Conrad Hari

Aurélie Conrad Hari leads Bär & Karrer’s civil litigation practice in Geneva, where she has been a partner since 2017. With broad experience of handling complex multi-jurisdictional disputes in financial, banking and commercial disputes, she also specialises in private clients’ assistance and representation in trust and estate matters. Aurélie’s practice encompasses shareholders’ disputes, insolvency, and asset recovery, as well as the recognition and enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. She also frequently acts as counsel representing parties in commercial arbitration related to various industries. Aurélie served as president of the International Association of Young Lawyers’ litigation commission and leads the Geneva Bar Association’s specialised forum on dispute resolution.
