About Jovan Mićović

Jovan Mićović is a qualified Serbian attorney‑at‑law and a member of the corporate/M&A team in the Belgrade office of Wolf Theiss, advising on corporate and M&A matters, commercial law and competition law. He has broad transactional experience across the IT, PPP, renewable energy, automotive and life sciences sectors, and supports clients in day‑to‑day corporate matters and throughout all stages of M&A transactions. Jovan is particularly skilled in antitrust assessments of distribution agreements, and has participated in numerous merger control proceedings in Serbia and Montenegro, while also providing regulatory advice in the TMT, banking and finance, trade and consumer protection areas.
