About Milan Novakov

Milan Novakov is a senior associate at Wolf Theiss, specialising in corporate/M&A and banking and finance. He has eight years of experience and has acted as vice-chair of the Legal Committee of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce. Milan has been an M&A lead adviser or local counsel on more than 30 international and local deals in Serbia over the last three years. He has also advised on project financing deals in Serbia concerning some of the most significant real estate projects, assisting financiers to structure the financing, reviewing facility agreements and preparing the underlying security instruments.
