About Nataša Lalović Marić

Nataša Lalović Marić is a partner at Wolf Theiss and has more than 25 years' experience in M&A, capital markets, insolvency/restructuring, banking and finance and related litigation/arbitration. Due to her expertise and recognition in professional circles, she was twice elected to act as Chair of the Business/Corporate Law Committee at AmCham Serbia. Nataša has led Wolf Theiss teams in most of the landmark projects in the region. She has recently been active in M&A in the hi-tech and life sciences sector, representing both strategic and financial investors. She regularly lectures on corporate and banking and finance matters, and participates in various business events.
