About Stefan Šilobad

Stefan Šilobad is a qualified Serbian attorney-at-law and an associate in the dispute resolution, corporate and IP teams at Wolf Theiss. He advises international and domestic clients in complex litigation, enforcement and security proceedings, with a particular focus on asset recovery, white-collar crime and contractual disputes. His practice also covers IP protection (including trade marks and software rights) as well as corporate governance, regulatory compliance and M&A structuring. Stefan frequently participates in due diligence projects and cross-border transactions. He is a co-author of the Serbian chapter of the Wolf Theiss guide on insolvency proceedings in the CEE/SEE region.
