About Stefan Šilobad

Stefan Šilobad is a qualified Serbian attorney-at-law and an associate in the corporate and IP teams at Wolf Theiss. He assists with various legal transactions, including due diligence, IP-related, M&A and other commercial and corporate law matters. Stefan's corporate work includes in-depth analysis of a wide range of corporate inquiries, as well as providing support in company establishment procedures before the Serbian commercial registry. He also drafts corporate and commercial documents. In M&A transactions, Stefan regularly assesses IP matters, such as the transfer and/or assignment of IP rights and the prevention of infringement of third-party IP rights.
