About Klemen Radosavljević

Klemen Radosavljević is a partner who joined Wolf Theiss in 2008 and has been working in the areas of banking & finance, corporate/M&A, energy law and regulation (including competition law, banking and insurance regulation). His experience includes advising on various financing and capital markets transactions, banking regulations as well as a wide range of corporate/M&A matters. Klemen also regularly advises on Slovenian competition law issues and on various Slovenian regulatory requirements. Klemen graduated from the University of Ljubljana and obtained an LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
