About Matej Kraner

Matej Kraner is a member of the corporate, banking & finance and IP & TMT teams in the Ljubljana office of Wolf Theiss. He regularly advises clients on M&A transactions, public and private investments and divestments, restructurings and joint ventures, corporate governance matters, as well as lending and complex financings, including equity and debt financings, mezzanine facilities, bridge loan facilities, and debt restructuring and liability management transactions. Matej obtained his LLM from the Faculty of Law in Maribor, where he focused his studies on business and corporate law, information technology and security and financial instruments.
