About Elena Nauer

Elena Nauer is an associate based in Lenz & Staehelin’s Zurich office where, as a member of the Employment, Pensions and Immigration group, she specialises in employment and immigration law. Elena advises both individuals and companies in the area of Swiss work and/or residence permit applications, with a focus on executive transfers and secondments, first employment, internships, studies and family reunification. She also represents clients in contentious employment and immigration law proceedings and advises individuals on their applications for settlement permits and naturalisation. Elena is a member of the Zürich Bar Association (ZAV) and the Swiss Bar Association (FSA).
