About Andrea Lazarevska

Andrea Lazarevska is a senior attorney at Moravčević Vojnović and Partners in cooperation with Schoenherr in North Macedonia. She has been with Schonherr since 2017. Her areas of expertise are corporate, M&A and data protection, where she actively evaluates the recent developments of AI and the wider legal implications. She is particularly focused on understanding how these developments impact corporate governance and the day-to-day operations of her clients. Andrea is a member of the Macedonian Bar Association. She holds LLM degrees in Finance and Financial Law, and International Public Law and Corporate Comparative Law from the Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and Ohio State University, respectively.
