About Jean-Charles S Gardetto

Jean-Charles S Gardetto is the founder of Gardetto Law Offices and the former President of the Monaco Bar (to which he was admitted in 1988). Jean-Charles advises and represents international companies and private individuals, particularly in the areas of business law, banking and finance law, contracts, international private law, white-collar crime, family law, and immigration to Monaco. He obtained an LLM from Cornell Law School in 1987 and a DESS from the University of Aix-Marseille III in 1985. Jean-Charles was chair of the external relations committee of the Monaco Parliament from 2003 to 2013 and is also a trust and estate practitioner.
