About Jean-Charles Gardetto

Jean-Charles Gardetto was admitted in Monaco in 1988 and is the founder of Gardetto Law Offices. He is the former President of the Monaco Bar. Jean-Charles advises and represents international companies and private individuals, particularly in business law, banking and finance law, contracts, international private law, white-collar crime, family law and immigration to Monaco. He holds an LLM (1987) from Cornell Law School and a DESS (1985) from the University of Aix-Marseille III. He was Chair of the External Relations Committee of the Monaco Parliament (2003–13), and is also a TEP.
