About Yue Dai

Yue Dai is a partner in the dispute resolution and litigation team at King & Wood Mallesons. She has specialised in product liability law for many years and has acted in numerous product liability cases on behalf of well-known manufacturers. She also specialises in cross-border litigation and arbitration practice, including shareholding, trade, construction and derivatives disputes. Yue serves as a council member of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and as deputy director of the Foreign Affairs Committee and Civil Procedure Law Committee. She has published widely in the areas of product liability and regulation.
