She assists clients on outsourcing, IT, data protection, e-archiving, e-commerce, IP and general commercial matters. Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2015, Carmen worked for several years at a top ranked international law firm in Brussels. Carmen is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) and has written several publications in the areas of outsourcing, data protection and e-commerce. Carmen was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2011 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2016.
