About Ottavio Covolo

Ottavio Covolo is a senior associate in NautaDutilh’s IP, technology and competition practice groups. He specialises in technology law, data protection, fintech and e-commerce, both in advisory and litigation matters, with experience advising clients – including in the financial sector – on data protection and other regulatory matters surrounding the use and incorporation of technology in their businesses. He is a member of the Italian-Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and a speaker at the University of Luxembourg. Ottavio is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
