About Duong Anh

Duong Anh is recognised as a leading lawyer in finance, corporate/M&A and energy and infrastructure. He has substantial knowledge and experience of complex transactions, including advising CSG (China) in the development of Vinh Tan 1,200MW coal-fired power plant on a BOT basis in Vietnam; and advising Phu My 3 BOT project, Kien Luong 1 BOO project, and Ban Phuc nickel-mining financing project. He has been involved in a number of high-value negotiations, including advising Siam Cement Group in acquiring CSC and VCM, two giant cement production groups valued at USD440 million and Prime Group valued at about USD240 million; advising Showa Aluminum Can Corporation and Showa Denko K.K. in acquiring Hanacans valued at about USD110 million; and advising Foxconn in its IPO and listing in HKEX valued at USD350 million.
