About Hoang Nguyen

Hoang Nguyen is a supervising associate at VILAF, admitted in Vietnam and has passed the UK Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1). Since joining the firm in 2017, he has developed broad experience across dispute resolution, crisis management and employment. He regularly advises and represents clients in complex, high-stakes disputes involving construction, corporate and investment, employment, commerce and insurance, including proceedings before Vietnamese courts, VIAC and SIAC. Hoang also supports foreign investors and local companies in corporate and M&A transactions, employment and antitrust matters. He graduated as salutatorian from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam and contributes to legal scholarship through published works on arbitration and investment disputes.
