About Hanh Vo

Hanh Vo is a senior associate at VILAF, specialising in dispute resolution, crisis management and employment. She joined the firm in 2015 after working at the People’s Court of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. Hanh has extensive experience advising and representing clients in a wide range of disputes, including commercial, civil, tax, customs, corporate and employment matters. She regularly acts before Vietnamese courts and arbitral tribunals such as VIAC and SIAC. Her practice spans multiple industries, where she provides practical and effective solutions for both contentious and day-to-day operational issues, supporting clients in complex and high-stakes situations.
