About Le Thi Thuong

Le Thi Thuong is a senior associate in the litigation and dispute resolution practice at VILAF. She has wide range of experience in complex commercial disputes in areas including corporate, M&A, construction, insurance, sale of goods, and capital markets. Thuong also has experience in international investment dispute resolution and construction adjudication, and has been involved in the preparation and negotiation of transactional documents, as well as assisting foreign investors during the implementation of their projects in Vietnam. In 2018, Thuong conducted her traineeship at the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where she was involved in case management, revising AIAC Rules, amending the AIAC Standard Form Building Contracts, and drafting the Asian Institute of International Dispute Resolution Charter.
