About Nguyen Huu Viet

Nguyen Huu Viet is an associate at VILAF, where he has been a member of the dispute resolution team since 2016. Viet frequently assists and advises clients in complex and high-value disputes, such as those concerning several high-rise buildings and/or metro projects in Vietnam. As such, he has been able to obtain experience in various dispute resolution methods, including arbitration, litigation, mediation and/or dispute boards. In 2021, Viet successfully completed his Master’s degree in commercial law in the University of Melbourne.
