About Truc Ta

Truc Ta is a supervising associate at VILAF, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, antitrust, employment, and general corporate matters. Since joining the firm in 2019, she has advised both domestic and international clients on complex transactions and business operations across a wide range of industries, including consumer goods, food and beverage, energy, pharmaceuticals, insurance, real estate, healthcare, education, and water infrastructure. Truc has been involved in numerous high-profile cross-border M&A transactions, spanning both private and capital markets, acting for leading regional and global investors. She also regularly advises multinational corporations and international law firms on investments, due diligence, corporate governance, regulatory compliance and a broad range of commercial matters. She holds an LLB from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law.
