About Tung Nguyen

Tung Nguyen is a partner at VILAF, focusing on banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He has extensive experience advising on complex financing transactions, cross-border deals and corporate matters, with particular strength in banking law. His practice includes syndicated lending, project and real estate finance, bond issuances and other capital markets transactions. Tung has advised leading domestic and international financial institutions on high-value transactions across sectors, including infrastructure, energy and real estate. He also gained valuable in-house experience through secondments with BNP Paribas and HSBC. Tung is recognised by leading legal publications as a prominent lawyer in Vietnam.
