About Shouvik Bhattacharya

Shouvik Bhattacharya is a senior associate in King & Spalding’s international disputes group. He is a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience (Civil) in England and Wales and a qualified attorney in New York. Shouvik’s cases are sited in both common law and civil law jurisdictions, and he has broad familiarity with the various institutional and ad hoc rules. His work has appeared in the Yale Journal of International Law, the Journal of International Arbitration, and Global Energy Law and Sustainability (among others). He has been recognised by Who’s Who Legal and Legal Business as a future leader in arbitration.
