About Ruth Byrne

Ruth Byrne specialises in international commercial and investment disputes at King & Spalding International LLP, with a particular focus on energy, life sciences, fraud and enforcement. Ruth has advised clients on disputes arising in multiple jurisdictions and has appeared as counsel in more than 100 arbitrations. She appears frequently in the English High Court, particularly in proceedings in support of arbitration, as well as more generally in international commercial litigation. In addition to writing and speaking regularly on a variety of international arbitration topics, Ruth is a member of the ICC UK Selections Subcommittee and the Delos Remote Oral Advocacy Programme faculty. She is also a former co-chair of the Young International Arbitration Group.
