About Hélène Bussières

Hélène Bussières is a partner at Davies and advises major corporations on all aspects of Canadian employment and labour law in the context of their strategic human resource needs. Her diverse practice includes acting for clients before civil and administrative courts, drafting executive employment agreements and policies, negotiating collective agreements and providing guidance on corporate governance and executive compensation matters. Hélène is a lecturer at the École du Barreau du Québec where she teaches labour and employment law and guest lectures for the MBA program at McGill University. Hélène is a fellow of the American Bar Association’s College of Labor & Employment Lawyers.
