About Mark Katz

Mark Katz is a partner at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg who advises on mergers and acquisitions, criminal cartel investigations, joint ventures, abuse of dominance, distribution and pricing practices, misleading advertising and compliance, in Canada and internationally. Mark also advises on the regulation of foreign investments and ownership in Canada, including under the Investment Canada Act. Mark has appeared at all levels of court and acted as counsel on leading cases before the Competition Tribunal. Mark has authored policy briefs on domestic and international competition-related matters.
