Audrey has acted on a number of project financing transactions, including the financing of an oil refinery in Egypt – one of the largest inward financings into Africa – and a public-private transaction, AquaVenture and the BVI government for the supply of water to the BVI. She has acted in numerous aircraft financings involving commercial and private aircraft, other equipment financings and acquisition finance matters. Audrey has worked on a wide range of corporate transactions, including joint ventures, public offerings and other listing matters on overseas exchanges. She advised long-standing client Luxoft (NYSE: LXFT), a software development company, on its proposed USD2 billion acquisition by DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC) – the largest ever takeover of a publicly listed BVI company by transaction value.
