Kim van Zummeren
is an associate in the commercial and litigation practise. She specialises in files relating to insolvency and commercial law, and is involved in both transactional and litigation matters. She has particular experience in assisting clients in proceedings of judicial reorganisations. Kim is a co-author of the book “Continuity of companies – Article-by-article commentary on book XX of the Code of Economic Law and Collective Labour Agreement no. 102” (2018).
