About Hugo Keulers

Hugo Keulers is a partner in Lydian's Commercial and Dispute Resolution practice, which he heads together with the firm's insurance and reinsurance team. With 35 years at the Bar, his practice focuses on complex insurance and reinsurance disputes, including all-risk property, construction, business interruption, D&O, professional indemnity and product liability matters. He is frequently instructed as lead or monitoring counsel in cross-border cases, co-ordinating foreign legal teams on behalf of international insurers, and regularly advises on drafting and reviewing insurance policies for the Belgian market. He also acts as an arbitrator and mediator and is a member of the Brussels Bar.
