About Megan Carrier

Megan Carrier co-chairs Sheehan Phinney’s land use practice group. In that capacity, she works with clients appearing before zoning and planning boards throughout the state as well as prosecuting and defending land use decisions on appeal in the Superior Court, the Supreme Court and the Housing Appeals Board as appropriate. She has represented developers seeking approvals for commercial, mixed-use and residential uses, including affordable housing projects, a sobriety centre and office space, among others. In addition, she represents clients in disputes with third parties regarding the use of land.
