About Guiselle Murillo

Guiselle Murillo has practised corporate law for over 14 years at KPMG. She has extensive experience in advising on corporate operative requirements for business operations in Costa Rica, including structuring of contracts, agreements, leases, due diligence, compliance with government authorities and notarised documents. Among other qualifications, she holds a Master’s in International Law, Foreign Trade and International Relations from the Higher Institute of Law and Economics, Barcelona, Spain (2015) and a law degree from the University of Costa Rica (2009). Her practice areas of focus include corporate law, public registry law, infrastructure projects and foreign real estate investment, and her languages include Spanish and English.
