About Avi Perry

Avi Perry is a partner and co-chair of Quinn Emanuel’s Securities Litigation Group, co-chair of the Commodities and Derivatives Group and a member of the Investigations, Government Enforcement and White Collar Criminal Defense Group. He served as a federal prosecutor for nine years, most recently as Chief of the DOJ’s Market Integrity and Major Frauds Unit. His practice focuses on defending companies and individuals under investigation by federal and state law enforcement authorities and regulators across the United States, counselling financial services businesses, funds and trading firms on US securities and commodities laws, and providing advice on corporate compliance programmes.
