About Bianca Georgia T. Paloma

Bianca Georgia T. Paloma is an associate of V&A Law’s litigation department, handling a broad spectrum of matters including commercial disputes, criminal defence, tax controversies, intra-corporate governance conflicts, civil cases, such as family law, and suits involving government officials. In just three years of practice, Bianca has played critical roles in teams successfully handling multibillion-peso intra-corporate disputes. She has advised clients and foreign counsel on Philippine law concerning arbitration, contractual breaches, insurance, and other highly technical legal matters. She has also successfully litigated cases arising from offences under the laws protecting women and children, and intra-corporate disputes.
