About Elaine A. Atienza

Elaine A. Atienza is a partner of V&A Law with ten years’ experience in litigation, dispute resolution, corporate and commercial law. In addition to litigation and dispute resolution, Elaine has extensive experience in government affairs and regulatory compliance in the telecommunications, service and IT industries. In a notable case, she handled an intra-corporate dispute for control over one of the major hospitals in the country, in which V&A Law successfully represented minority shareholders and members of the hospital’s board of directors. She was also on the team which successfully obtained a multimillion arbitral award from the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission in favour of one of the largest construction companies in the Philippines.
