Rashel Ann C Pomoy is a partner of Villaraza & Angangco’s labour law department and is experienced in both advisory and litigation aspects of Philippine labour law practice. Ms Pomoy represents domestic and international clients on all aspects of employment and industrial relations, including general employment advisory and assistance, employee investigation, employment and industrial relations disputes, international transfers and global mobility matters, large-scale reductions in workforce and corporate restructures and the employment aspects associated with corporate transactions. Ms Pomoy frequently assists clients in drafting employment policies, handbooks, releases and severance agreements, as well as non-competition agreements.
