About Rashel Ann C. Pomoy

Rashel Ann C. Pomoy is a senior partner and the deputy head of the labour and employment department at V&A Law. She is ranked Band 3 for Employment by Chambers Asia-Pacific in 2026. She advises domestic and multinational clients on the full spectrum of labour and employment matters, including workplace investigations, collective bargaining issues, retrenchments, corporate restructures, cross-border employment transfers, employment policies, severance arrangements and restrictive covenants. Rashel also represents clients in labour litigation before the National Labour Relations Commission and in employment-related proceedings before Philippine courts.
