About John Livingston

John Livingston is a partner at Kilpatrick who brings extensive experience and leadership to the firm’s Real Estate Investment & Development practice. With more than two decades of experience, John represents clients in all aspects of commercial real estate development, investment and leasing. He also advises solar and biomass developers, as well as commercial and industrial energy users, on energy-related projects and transactions. John is an active member of the American Bar Association, the NC Bar Association, NAIOP, ULI, the NC Sustainable Energy Association and the Center for Energy Education, where he has served various committee roles.
