About Paolo Rainelli

Paolo Rainelli focuses his practice on advising Italian and international clients on private and public M&A, corporate governance and insurance regulation. Paolo is Professor of Business Law at the Polytechnic University of Turin and lectured on the PhD and Master’s programmes of the University of Turin, at the post-graduate School for Legal Professions, at ESCP Europe Business School and at the LLM in International Trade Law. Paolo joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in 2006 and became counsel in 2020. He is a member of the Turin Bar, sits on the National Executive Board of AIDA (Association Internationale de Droit des Assurances) and is a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).
