About Paolo Rainelli

Paolo Rainelli focuses on advising Italian and international clients on private and public M&A, corporate governance and insurance regulation. He is a Professor of Business Law at the Polytechnic University of Turin and lectured on the PhD and Master’s programmes of the University of Turin, at the post-graduate School for Legal Professions, at ESCP Europe Business School and at the LLM in International Trade Law. Paolo joined Cleary in 2006 and became counsel in 2020. He is a member of the Turin Bar, sits on the National Executive Board of AIDA and is a member of the European Corporate Governance Institute.
