About Pietro Fioruzzi

Pietro Fioruzzi assists international and Italian corporate clients and investment banks on a wide range of corporate and financial matters, public M&A, IPOs and other capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and securities regulatory issues. He advises public Italian companies on board structure and practice, special committees, compensation and benefit matters. He represents clients in internal investigations and before the Italian courts with regard to capital markets matters. Pietro is recognised as a leading Capital Markets: Equity lawyer in Italy by the Chambers Europe Guide. He joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in 1997 and became a partner in 2006.
