Roberto Bonsignore focuses his practice on public and private M&A, private equity and infrastructure deals. He is ranked in Band 1 for Corporate/M&A High-end Capability in Italy by both Chambers Global and Chambers Europe, and is recognised as a leading private equity lawyer in Italy by Chambers Europe. Roberto joined Cleary in 1996 and became a partner in 2005. He is a member of the Rome and New York Bars.
