About Kristijan Polenak

Kristijan Polenak is a managing partner at Polenak Law Firm and a legal expert with over 20 years of experience. He co-heads the firm’s M&A and banking practice. His extensive record in M&A and banking deals, corporate law and corporate governance advice, commercial deals and his thorough understanding of different business sectors, combined with his banking experience and board positions, denote a solid base for taking on important roles as legal adviser and team leader, advising financial institutions and companies in diverse industries. Kristijan holds an LLB from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, North Macedonia, and has completed a number of training courses in international trade law, and banking regulation.
