About Tatjana Shishkovska

Tatjana Shishkovska is a partner at Polenak Law Firm. She is a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance Team and co-heads the Corporate Practice group. Tatjana has over ten years of experience in projects mostly focused on M&A, corporate law, project finance, cross-border secured transactions, and financial arrangements of IFIs and international banks, which gives her an excellent track record and know-how for transactions involving financing structures. Tatjana holds an LLM from the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje, North Macedonia, and a Corporate Governance Specialization Certificate from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University, Faculty of Economics and the International Finance Corporation.
