is a senior associate in the firm’s Public Law and Regulatory team. Focusing primarily on advising national and multinational companies in regulated industries, her practice covers administrative law, regulatory, environmental, public contracts and arbitration matters. Before joining the firm, Francisca served as an elected member of the Portuguese parliament and worked as an associate in the area of public law at Cuatrecasas. Her recent publications include a book on the dispute settlement powers of regulatory agencies; she has also co-authored an article on equity and public contracts.
